Description:

The purpose of the project is to grant the right to a private entity to build a new sports and wellness complex (design, construction  and installation works) on a plot of land at Ventos St. 11D, Kuršėnai, Šiauliai district. Also, the private partner will be granted the right to manage, maintain, lease, and operate the complex’s infrastructure, as well as provide non-formal education, various sports and wellness services, organize leisure events, and carry out other commercial activities related to sports and wellness.

The new sports and wellness complex will cover approximately 6 300 m² and will include a six-lane swimming pool, a SPA area, a gym, and a multi-purpose sports arena with a capacity of up to 1,000 spectators.
