Description:
The project "Creation of the Vilnius City Pool Complex at Rasų g. 50B" envisages creating a new sports and wellness complex in Vilnius, aiming to increase the accessibility of pool infrastructure for city residents, athletes and visitors to the city. The complex is planned to include a 25 m, 8-lane swimming pool, a 100-seat spectator stand, a gym, a sauna and water entertainment zone, and premises for additional services. The project is planned to be implemented as a concession – the private entity will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of the complex, and will also be able to carry out commercial activities at its own risk.
