The project aims to grant a private entity the right to design, construct, and equip a new sports and wellness complex on the land plot located at Kranto St. 23A, Nemenčinė, Vilnius District Municipality. In addition, the private partner will be granted the right to manage, operate, maintain, and commercially utilize the developed infrastructure by providing sports, wellness, non-formal education, and leisure services, organizing events, and carrying out other commercial activities related to sports and wellness services.
The development of the new integrated sports infrastructure is planned in two phases:
Phase I – Construction and fit-out of a swimming pool building (approximately 5,000 sq. m).
The facility will include:
A 50-meter swimming pool with 8 lanes;
A SPA area of approximately 400 sq. m;
Visitor changing rooms;
Two family changing rooms;
Spectator stands;
Functional training rooms;
Administrative premises;
A conference room;
Other supporting facilities required for the operation of the complex.
Phase II – Construction and fit-out of a sports hall building (approximately 2,350 sq. m).
The facility will include:
A multi-purpose sports hall suitable for handball, football, basketball, tennis, and volleyball;
A fitness/gym area;
Mobile spectator stands with a capacity of 500 seats;
Changing rooms for coaches and referees;
Other facilities required for sports and recreational activities.
