More than 500 spectators will be able to watch the events in the sports area. The spa area is equipped and can function independently from other spaces. The spa area can accommodate at least 300 visitors at a time.

The main aim of the project to grant the right to a private partner (concessionaire) to fully equip the Multifunctional Center. The accounting of the engineering infrastructure of the Multifunctional Center must be separated from the Žalgiris arena. Technological equipment must be installed in the pool. The pool and its common areas must be fully equipped with furniture.

The concessionaire will perform the management and administration of the Multifunctional Center (including technical maintenance services, communal services, cleaning of the building and its territory, waste management services), provision of public services (non-formal education services) and commercial activities related to sports and wellness and services.
